Shipping and Handling
- 48 continental states: 8% of order with $6.00 minimum shipping charge for ground service plus $7.99 handling.
- Hawaii, Alaska: Current actual UPS shipping charges plus $7.99 handling.
- Orders are normally processed in the next business day and shipped within 2 to 4 business days
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days after shipping for delivery
International Shipping
- We do ship Internationally.
- We ship International Orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) - Priority Mail International. Shipping charges will be current actual USPS shipping fee plus $7.99 handling.
- Any taxes or duties charged due to international shipping are customer's responsibility.
- MRS Retail LLC ( MRS Martial Arts ) is not responsible for and cannot be held liable for any additional fees, levies or taxes that a country may impose on a customer's order of goods.
- The customer shall be responsible for certain additional charges established in various countries, including the United Kingdom. Such charges may include customer VAT, customs duty, clearance fee, etc.
Oversized merchandise such as our long weapons, filled punching bags and karate mats are subject to additional shipping charges as well.
Undeliverable or refused packages
Customer will be responsible for all freight costs on any undeliverable or refused packages. Packages will be reshipped at the request of the customer only.
Order status tracking
If a valid email address is provided, we will send you a Tracking Confirmation Number for your convenience.Please allow approximately 24 hours before tracking the package.
Sales Tax
If shipped to a Colorado resident, sales tax of 4.35% will be charged.
