UPS Ground delivery is our primary method of shipping. We ship to the 50 United States and Canada.Orders are normally processed in the next business day and shipped via UPS ground.
Please allow 5 to 10 working days for UPS ground delivery depending on your zone.
Shipping to Canada
Yes, we ship to Canada via UPS standard ground service. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Generally, packages may be delayed and held at your local customs if duties and taxes have not been paid.Order status tracking
If an order is shipped out via UPS, and a valid email address is provided, MRS Chess Checkers Games will send you a tracking confirmation # for your convenience. Please allow approximately 24 hours before tracking the package. If an order is shipped from a different carrier, a tracking confirmation can be provided upon request.Damaged or short items received
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 24-48 hours after you received the order.Please click here to notify our Customer Service.
Please hold on to all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary fro the shipping carrier.

Customer will be responsible for all freight costs on any undeliverable or refused packages. Packages will be reshipped at the request of the customer only.
